- Architected headless storefronts (Next.js on Vercel, Shopify Plus as the system of record for catalog and checkout) with ISR and webhook-driven revalidation; a Builder.io component library let marketing ship launch pages without a dev ticket, down from ~2 weeks.
- Designed a B2B/B2C platform on Medusa, Postgres, and Redis with per-account pricing; synced a legacy on-prem ERP through n8n with idempotency keys on every write, plus Typesense search, Stripe, and Supabase auth with row-level security.
- Built agentic workflows in n8n: LLM agents that call Shopify, the ERP, and Slack as tools to triage order and sync exceptions, with a human approval step before any write.
- Led a real-time 3D product configurator in React Three Fiber for an eight-figure DTC brand: Draco/KTX2-compressed glTF, HDRI-lit metals, and progressive loading that never blocks first paint, with pre-rendered fallbacks for low-end devices.
